The official conference hotel is the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa. Conference housing is open NOW.

It is encouraged that you book your room ASAP! There is only a limited number of rooms available now with the conference rate of $199.00. The $199.00 rate is available only for arriving on January 8 and departing on January 13. Please note student rooms are SOLD OUT.

The special discounted conference rate of $199/night includes complimentary Wi-Fi and discounted self-parking. All rooms are subject to room and occupancy tax of 13% (subject to change). 

The daily resort fee of $27.00 plus tax per room, per night has been waived. The resort fee includes:

  • One welcome drink at check-in per person

  • Two bottles in guest room per day

  • Premium internet access in guest rooms

  • Business Center and 24 hour Stay Fit access

  • Self-service laundry

  • Nightly special feature in-room movie

  • Poolside activities, daily pool snacks
    and board games
