Presenters

Speaker Information

All speakers are required to bring their laptop computers to the meeting to give their presentations or bring their presentation on a memory stick to transfer to the conference laptop computer for presentation. Speakers are encouraged to test and have their presentation files loaded onto their laptops or the conference laptop prior to the start of the sessions. The technical session room will be equipped with the following: LCD projector, screen, computer, lighted podium, lapel microphone and a laser pointer. If needing assistance, please contact the registration staff located in the Gallery area on the second level.

Poster Sessions

Poster Session I will be held on Sunday, January 5, 2025, from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM, and Poster II on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM. The poster boards provided will be 4 feet high and 6 feet wide. Presenters are responsible for mounting their materials on the poster boards one hour before the start of the poster sessions. Pushpins will be provided for the mounting of the posters. Each poster board will have a number in the upper left corner that corresponds with the assigned poster number in the technical program. All posters must be removed by 11:00 AM on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
