Speaker Information

All speakers are required to bring their laptop computers to the meeting to give their presentations or bring their presentation on a memory stick to transfer to the conference laptop computer for presentation. Speakers are encouraged to test and have their presentation files loaded onto their laptops or the conference laptop prior to the start of the sessions. The technical session room will be equipped with the following: LCD projector, screen, computer, lighted podium, lapel microphone and a laser pointer.
